A 45 minute taster session conducted remotely from my ARK garden.
This is an opportunity to spend some quality time for yourself, de-stressing from the rigours of Christmas preparation and connecting with nature.
Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 12.15pm and 1.15 pm, from 13th December, culminating in a Christmas Eve themed special on 24th December.
